I’m posting this on my tumblr to showcase drawing of Katarina that I just finished, made entirely from the program “Microsoft Paint”. This darn thing took me 12 hours….hahaha

I know…some of you are all like, “WHAT? MS PAINT?” Or…maybe not…the reason I even decided to use that program is all to this art contest that’s going on! It’s Fusaah’s first artwork competition. Catch is the artwork that you enter in must be created from microsoft paint. :) I encourage you all to challenge yourself! I sure as heck didn’t think my final piece would turn into this.

You have 3 categories to enter in this competition:

“Most Artistic” it has to be creative, colorful, and unique. It is basically, the best looking and doesn’t really follow the other categories and just looks great to look at. The most artistic one will win this category.

“Most Comical” it has to be funny. This one is probably the easiest. It just has to be funny based off the artwork you make. The funiest one will win this category.

“Most Original” has to be different and something many would not think of or even create. It is a unique piece that is completely based off your creativity and relatively new. The most original one will win this category.

Entries must be submitted by the end of the month via comment on youtube with a link to your artwork!

Reason why I’m “kinda” advertising this….is because the entries are a bit low (like really low)…and there’s only 13 days. Plus the prize for each category is RP. You and I all know we want some of that, especially since it’ll be free for us. I encourage you all to definitely try it!

Hi guys! Sorry for the unannounced hiatus.  I’ve been collecting inspiration and working at the same time.  Now, back to our regular posting.  :)

A charcoal drawing I did of my mom. We had to use a grid, and stated they want it visible…so if you’re wondering why there’s boxes, haha that’s why :)

So…I did my first caricature :D using this picture…

Teach told me to exaggerate stuff on my face….so I did the glasses, lips, ears, cheek bones, and hair…and the pic up there was the ending product. Haha. Hope she likes it.

Split the 7.5 x 7.5 paper into four quadrants. Then chose a character for each, starting with Ashe, Chun Li, Xiaoyu, and Katarina from my favorite games League of Legends, Tekken, and Street Fighter!

I used their concept art, and used a grid to be able to put them onto my bristol paper. This took a lot of time, with the shading and selecting which colors to use for each character. Crayola markers ended up being what I used hehe and I think it looks good.
